The biggest football competition in the world is approaching, and therefore we are warming up to present this World Championship to you through our texts in the best light. Kraljevi Kvota have prepared four series for you as an announcement of what will happen at this tournament, and in this first series there will be talk about the stadiums where the matches will be played. You can follow all the events of the 2026 World Championship on our website and the accounts described below.

This is the first World Championship, which will include a total of 48 national teams. With that, this will be the tournament with the most matches ever played, and there will be a total of 104. All matches will be played across Canada, Mexico and the USA, and in this text we will present to you all 16 stadiums where this championship will take place.


1. Stadium Toronto, Canada
Capacity: 45000 Opened: 2007. Year
The Toronto stadium was purpose-built because Canada hosted the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup and hosted the final in which Argentina triumphed and Sergio Aguero won the Ballon d'Or and the Golden Boot.
The stadium, which features an English Premier League-style roof and steep stands at either end of the pitch, hosted the highlight of Canada's campaign to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup™, when their ticket to Qatar was secured with victory over Jamaica.
Group matches will be played here: Canada-Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana-Panama, Germany-Ivory Coast, Panama-Croatia, Senegal-Iraq.

2. BC Place Vancouver, Canada
Capacity: 54000 Opened: 1983. Year
Now in its fifth decade, BC Place Vancouver remains a stunning piece of architecture nestled on the banks of False Creek.

The venue – recently renovated – is home to MLS team Vancouver Whitecaps and BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and has occasionally hosted the Canadian national team.
Group matches will be played here: Australia-Turkey, Canada-Qatar, New Zealand-Egypt, Switzerland-Canada, New Zealand-Belgium, two matches of the 1/32 finals, as well as one match of the 1/16 finals will also be played.

3. Mexico City Stadium, Mexico
Capacity: 83000 Opened: 1966. Year
A veritable coliseum of world football and the first host of the third FIFA World Cup™, Mexico City's stadium - which welcomed the likes of Pele and Diego Maradona during two thrilling World Cup finals in 1970 and 1986 - will once again be in the spotlight.
The daily purpose of the arena is to host Club America from Liga MX, as well as the Mexican national team, while Cruz Azul, Pumas, Atlante, Atlético Espanyol and Necaxa have all previously played their football here.
Group matches will be played here: Mexico-South Africa (opening of the World Cup), Uzbekistan-Colombia, Czech Republic-Mexico, one match each of the 1/32 finals and 1/16 finals will be played.

4. Guadalajara Stadium, Mexico
Capacity: 48000 Opened: 2010. Year
Built on an elevated pitch and with a spherical coliseum-like design, the Guadalajara Stadium is certainly one of the more impressive venues for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Opened in 2010, the stadium hosts during the regular season C.D. Guadalajara, which has enjoyed considerable success there. The men's team secured their historic double title, the league and cup in the 2017 Clausura tournament, and victory in the 2018 Concacaf Champions League as well as the 2023 Clausura, while the women's team's two titles in 2017 and 2022 add to the trophy charisma.
Group matches will be played here: South Korea-Czech Republic, Mexico-South Korea, Colombia-Congo, Uruguay-Spain.

5. Monterrey Stadium, Mexico
Capacity: 53500 Opened: 2015. Year
The Mexican club Monterrey plays its football on this modern marvel, which is equipped with compact energy solutions and low-voltage equipment. The stadium was the first in America to receive Silver certification from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) upon its opening in 2015.
In addition to being the home of Monterrey for the entire Liga MX season, the stadium also hosted eight games at the 2022 Concacaf W Championship, including the USA's 1-0 victory over Canada in the final. Coldplay, Bad Bunny and Justin Bieber performed at this stadium in its first decade of existence.
Group matches will be played here: Sweden-Tunisia, Tunisia-Japan, South Africa-South Korea, and one match of the 1/32 finals will be played.

6. Atlanta Stadium, USA
Capacity: 75000 Opened: 2017. Year
Atlanta Stadium was designed with the fans in mind and provides an award-winning fan experience. Over 90 meters high, it has a unique retractable roof, the first 360-degree video display and has been declared the most sustainable stadium in the world.
The stadium is home to Atlanta United of Major League Soccer (MLS) and the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). Since opening in 2017, the stadium has hosted the biggest events in the United States, including the All-Star Game MLS, the College Football Playoff, Super Bowl LIII, numerous international friendlies and concerts by world superstars.
The group matches will be played here: Spain-Greenland Islands, Czech Republic-South Africa, Spain-Saudi Arabia, Morocco-Haiti, Congo-Uzbekistan, one 1/32 final match and 1/16 final match and one semi-final match will be played.

7. Boston Stadium, USA
Capacity: 65000 Opened: 2002. Year
Boston Stadium underwent a major renovation project ahead of the 2026 tournament. The stadium now boasts the nation's largest outdoor high-definition video board (22,000 square feet), 50,000 square feet of glass-enclosed hospitality and celebration spaces, 360-degree connectivity between all concourse levels and more.
Boston Stadium, home to MLS team New England Revolution and NFL team New England Patriots, has hosted numerous soccer matches over the years, including the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup™, Copa America Centenario, Concacaf Gold Cup and International Champions Cup, and is a regular venue for concerts by major artists.
The group matches will be played here: Haiti-Scotland, Iraq-Norway, Scotland-Morocco, England-Ghana, Norway-France, and one 1/32 final match as well as one quarter-final match will be played.

8. Dallas Stadium, USA
Capacity: 94000 Opened: 2009. Year
Dallas Stadium is a stunning example of stadium architecture, providing a unique experience for visitors, both for sporting and musical events, while also boasting several incredible works of art and 25,000 square feet of video displays inside.
Since opening in 2009, the venue has been home to five-time Super Bowl winners, the Dallas Cowboys, and has also hosted CONCACAF Gold Cup games and Mexican national team games over the years.
Other major events at Dallas Stadium include Super Bowl XLV, the 2015 College Football Playoff, the 2018 NFL Draft, the Big 12 Championship games, the Cotton Bowl Classic, the NCAA Men's Final Four, the AMA Supercross Championship and multiple world championship boxing matches.
Group matches will be played here: Netherlands-Japan, England-Croatia, Argentina-Austria, Japan-Sweden, Jordan-Argentina, two 1/32 final matches, one 1/16 final match and one semi-final will also be played.

9. Houston Stadium, USA
Capacity: 72,000 Opened: 2002
The host of the MLS All-Star Game, the USA and Mexico national team games, as well as three games at the Copa America Centenario in 2016, the Houston stadium has a rich soccer pedigree and is sure to gather even more by 2026.
Opened in 2002, the stadium, which is also home to the famous Houston Rodeo, has a retractable roof and is known for its "Bill's Pen" section, home to the loudest section of the home fans of the NFL's Houston Texans.
Group matches will be played here: Germany-Curaçao, Portugal-Congo, Netherlands-Sweden, Portugal-Uzbekistan, Cape Verde-Saudi Arabia, and also one match of the 1/32 finals, as well as one match of the 1/16 finals.

10. Kansas City Stadium, USA
Capacity: 73000 Opened: 1972. Year
Kansas City Stadium is certified by Guinness World Records as the loudest outdoor sports venue in the world and has hosted a record five consecutive NFL conference championships from 2019-2023.
The arena, which is home to the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs, reached a record decibel level of 142.2 when the Chiefs faced the New England Patriots in 2014.
Known as the soccer capital of America, Kansas City is home to two-time MLS champion Sporting KC and 2022 National Women's Soccer League (NVSL) finalist KC Current, and is a bi-state metropolitan area that straddles the Missouri-Kansas state border.
Group matches will be played here: Argentina-Algeria, Ecuador-Curaçao, Tunisia-Netherlands, Alger-Austria, and also one 1/32 final match as well as one quarter-final match.

11. Los Angeles Stadium, USA
Capacity: 70000 Opened: 2020. Year
Los Angeles Stadium is the latest venue chosen to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, opening in September 2020. It is only a 30-minute drive from Pasadena's famous Rose Bowl Stadium, which hosted the 1994 World Cup Finals.
Both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers play their NFL games at this venue, which also hosted Super Bowl LVI, where the Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Los Angeles Stadium has already hosted numerous concerts under its iconic and unique roof, and artists who have graced the venue have included Taylor Swift, BTS and Ed Sheeran.
Group matches will be played here: USA-Paraguay, Iran-New Zealand, Switzerland-Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belgium-Iran, Turkey-USA, two 1/32 final matches and one quarter-final match will also be played.

12. Miami Stadium, USA
Capacity: 65,000 Opened: 1987
Stadium Miami hosts the Miami Dolphins, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, the Miami Open tennis tournament, the University of Miami, the Orange Blossom Classic and Orange Bowl college football games, Jazz in the Gardens and other concerts and festivals.
The venue offers world-class entertainment and demonstrates its versatility in hosting a wide range of events, including six Super Bowls, the 2010 NFL Pro Bowl, El Clasico Miami, major concerts and international soccer matches.
Group matches will be played here: Saudi Arabia-Uruguay, Uruguay-Norway Islands, Scotland-Brazil, Colombia-Portugal, as well as one match of the 1/32 finals, one match of the quarter-finals and a match for third place.

13. Stadium New York, New Jersey, USA
Capacity: 82500 Opened: 2010. Year
Although the stadium has been more used to hosting NFL superstars over the years, the best football has to offer will return in 2026, when another sport will take center stage.
The multipurpose stadium, opened in 2010, is currently home to the NFL teams New York Giants and New York Jets. It was the venue for the 2016 Copa América Centenary final, when Chile beat Lionel Messi's Argentina on penalties. A number of A-list acts have performed at the New York New Jersey Stadium, including Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.
Group matches will be played here: Brazil-Morocco-France-Senegal, Norway-Senegal, Ecuador-Germany, Panama-England, as well as one match of the 1/32 final, one match of the 1/16 final and the final match.

14. Philadelphia Stadium, USA
Capacity: 69000 Opened: 2003. Year
The Philadelphia Stadium opened with a blockbuster friendly between Manchester United and Barcelona in August 2003, with Ronaldinho setting up Patrick Kluivert to score the first goal at the arena.
In the years that followed, it hosted games for the US national team, the 2015 Gold Cup Final and Manchester United again, and also became the permanent home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles and the temporary home of MLS team Philadelphia Union during the 2010 season.
Group matches will be played here: Ivory Coast-Ecuador, Brazil-Haiti, France-Iraq, Curaçao-Ivory Coast, Croatia-Ghana, as well as one 1/16 final duel.

15. San Francisco Bay Area Stadium, USA
Capacity: 71000 Opened: 2014. Year
One of the newer stadiums responsible for organizing the tournament, the San Francisco Bay Area Stadium, is located in the city of Santa Clara.
Home to the NFL's San Francisco 49ers since its opening in 2014, the stadium was chosen to host Super Bowl 50 in February 2016, where Coldplay headlined the halftime show with support from Beyoncé and Bruno Mars. It also hosted Super Bowl LX in February 2026, with superstar rapper and singer Bad Bunny as the halftime show performer.
The stadium hosted the first game of the Copa America Centenario in June 2016, when Colombia defeated the USA, and also hosted WrestleMania and the 2015 NHL clash between the LA Kings and the San Jose Sharks.
Group matches will be played here: Qatar-Switzerland, Austria-Jordan, Turkey-Paraguay, Jordan-Algeria, Paraguay-Australia, as well as one match in the 1/32 final.

16. Seattle Stadium, USA
Capacity: 69000 Opened: 2002. Year
This stadium boasts a unique horseshoe shape with an open north end that offers stunning views of the Seattle skyline.
Twice listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the loudest outdoor stadium, with the feat achieved in September and December 2013, the stadium has become known as a fortress for teams such as the Seattle Sounders of the MLS and the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL.
The home atmosphere was perhaps best demonstrated on May 5, 2022, when the Sounders beat Mexico's Pumas 3-0 for a 5-2 aggregate victory to win the CONCACAF Champions League, becoming the first American team to win the competition under the new format and qualify for the 2025 Club World Cup.
The Sounders played all three of their Club World Cup matches on home soil but failed to progress from a tough group that included Paris Saint-Germain, Botafogo and Atletico de Madrid. Six Club World Cup matches were held at this venue during the 2025 tournament.'
